The NAHYSOSA Greek Island Tour was founded in 2019 with the aim to unite Hellenes from around the world in our home country, Greece.
The tour provides participants the opportunity to explore the historical city of Athens and the beautiful Cycladic islands with a group of Hellenes from all over the world, different backgrounds and ages. From walking tours of the mainland city Athens, traditional Greek food and wine tasting, Greek dancing, architectural ruins, the nightlife filled with Greek music and more, the tour has something to offer for everyone. Not only does the program allow you to explore the homeland, Greece, but it allows for something so much more – you will arrive as strangers and leave as family, as you bond with people who are from a different country, but are bound by the culture and heritage that we are all so proud of.

9 July: Arrive in Athens
10 – 13 July: Naxos
13 – 15 July: Ios
15 – 17 July: Paros
17 July: Athens
18 July: Say your goodbyes and head to the airport

Application Criteria
In order to be eligible to apply for the GIT 2025 program, you will need to be:
- Of Hellenic Origin, either Greek or Cypriot with ancestral proof
- Aged 20-32 years old in the year 2025
- Involved in your local Hellenic community and looking for a way to expand your Hellenic Network globally
*Please note, we always ensure the average age is a good balance for the group, in order for those of all ages to have a good experience.

- Complete the Application Form to Submit your Application to Greek Island Tour 2025 (wooohooo, the excitement begins)!
- A member of our team will be in touch within 48 hours to schedule an introductory call and qualify eligibility
- Within 24 hours of the introductory call, you will be notified if you are successful
- You will have 5 days from the date of your acceptance to give verbal confirmation of whether you will be accepting the spot, otherwise your place will be forfeited to others in the line
- You will need to secure your spot with a deposit payment once we receive your verbal confirmation
Package Costs & Breakdown
The cost of the tour is €1450.
The package includes:
- All accommodation throughout the trip at highly rated and reviewed hotels, including breakfast at every hotel
- All ferries to each of the islands and back to Athens, operated by Blue Star Ferries or Seajets
- All shuttles and buses for planned activities and to transport the group from port to hotel and returns
- All pre-booked cultural and entertainment activities
- Certain meals throughout the itinerary

Frequently asked questions
The program includes a variety of activities that will give you the opportunity to experience the best of each island and what they have to offer. The package fee includes all accommodation throughout the tour, all activities listed on the itinerary (unless specified as an exception), all transport to and from the islands (ferries) as well as on the islands (shuttles, buses) and certain meals throughout.

- Sunset Bar Entrance in Ios
- Full Day Island Boat Trip & Sunset Ride, includes full meal, snacks and drinks, Paros
- Certain meals throughout the itinerary. This includes but is not limited to:

- All breakfasts are included throughout the entire trip
- Adhoc lunches and dinners will be included depending on itinerary and group requirements
The program does not include certain meals throughout the itinerary, drinks and expenses on a night out. This also includes
- Club entrance fees (if required but mostly not needed)
- Transport to and from the nightclub (if required)
- Beach entrance fees (if required but mostly not required)
- Beach chairs and beach activities
- Activities outside of the itinerary or opt-in activities that have a seperate cost associated.
It is very difficult to recommend due to personal preferences of how you choose to spend your holiday. However, if you plan to engulf yourself in all the opportunities and eat your way through Greece, we recommend a minimum of €50 daily spending money to cover additional meals, drinks and general shopping. If you are looking to opt in for additional activities and excursions as well as enjoy the nightlife of the islands, you will likely need more and this is dependent on you and how much you like to party and do extra activities! The currency in Greece is the Euro and we recommend having cash on hand for smaller purchases. Most vendors on the islands have access to card machines due to the popularity of the islands.
No. You will need to cover and arrange to get yourself to Athens from home and return flights from Athens post-trip. We are happy to assist with any travel arrangements and recommend airlines, itineraries and more. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
We will be staying at beautiful locations around the islands, each offering their own unique charm. We try our best to support local businesses and to build on these relationships each year.
All the hotels have various different set ups, whether it be double, triple or quadruple rooms. You will be sharing with other participants on the program and rooming selections will always be done to ensure the best possible experience.
