The 2008 committee plan to establish the goal of further uniting all youth in our region and thus a pro-active approach will be adopted. In keeping with the proud tradition of past ECHYA committee’s, numerous functions and events will be organized throughout 2008. For 2008 we plan on adding some new and improved events such as Womens Revenge aka Ladies Night, a Bingo night, war games such as paintball and a karaoke night. These events are promised to be exciting and entertaining for everyone. The main event for the year is our annual Youth Ball. It is always a great success with a great turn out for the most talked about event of the year. It is attended by many people from all parts of South Africa. The night will be filled with laughter, fun and dancing. We would like to encourage all committee’s to attend this event and share in the excitement with us. In conclusion, I am looking forward to working with my committee in what hopes to be a great year. I would like to wish Cape Town the best of luck for Delegates and Congress. May we all have a successful year. Christopher Panayiotou Rhodes HSA SYHS
